Welcome to AP88. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and AP88 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company", "the Platform"). AP88 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform accessible at ap88.cam, serving players primarily located in Malaysia and other jurisdictions where access to the platform is not prohibited by local law.

By creating an account, accessing the AP88 platform, depositing funds, accepting any bonus, or placing any wager — whether on casino games, sports events, or any other product offered through AP88 — you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the AP88 platform and close your account. AP88 reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

To register and maintain an Account with AP88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. AP88 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities on this platform. Proof of age will be requested during the KYC verification process.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as a representative of a third party, corporation, or syndicate.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any person in the foregoing categories of AP88 or any related entity.
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or permanently banned from the AP88 platform or any related platform operated by the same entity.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

AP88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested shall constitute grounds for Account suspension or permanent closure.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") by any individual is strictly prohibited and shall result in immediate permanent closure of all Accounts associated with that individual, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal referral.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Keep all Account information current and updated promptly upon any change.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password) and not share them with any third party.
• Notify AP88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

AP88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. All activity conducted through your Account — including wagers placed, withdrawals requested, and bonuses accepted — shall be deemed to have been conducted by you.

By using the AP88 Platform, you agree to the following terms of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly permitted.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit any element of the Platform.
• You will not engage in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the availability or performance of the Platform for other users.
• You will not use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• You will not collude with other players, manipulate game outcomes, or engage in any form of cheating or exploitation of software errors.

AP88 monitors activity on the Platform for compliance with these Terms. Suspicious activity will be investigated and may result in Account suspension, fund withholding, or referral to law enforcement agencies.

AP88 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect, Boost eWallet, and GrabPay. Cryptocurrency deposits (Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Tether USDT) are also accepted.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: RM 30, or the equivalent in cryptocurrency as stated on the deposit page at the time of the transaction.
• Deposit Verification: All deposits must originate from payment accounts or wallets registered in the Player's own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Standard withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and others supported via FPX/DuitNow) are typically processed within 3–60 minutes during operational hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. AP88 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal.
• Currency: All Player Account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit.
• Inactive Account Policy: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive, and a monthly administrative fee of RM 10 may be levied against the balance until the balance reaches zero or the Player logs in.

AP88 offers a range of promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only and must not be systematically exploited through low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus funds carry a standard wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) to the Player's Bonus Balance and are non-transferable.
• The maximum bet per round/spin while wagering a bonus is RM 20 unless the specific promotion states a different limit. Breaching this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games typically contribute 10–20%; sports bets at odds of 1.50 or above typically contribute 100%. Exact contribution rates are displayed on the relevant promotion page.
• AP88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, system error, or breach of these Terms.
• The birthday bonus is awarded to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose tier level is confirmed in our system. Tier thresholds and birthday bonus amounts are published in the Promotions section and may change from time to time.
• The Refer-a-Friend bonus (currently MYR 38 per qualifying referral) is credited only after the referred player successfully completes KYC and makes a qualifying deposit. Fraudulent referrals — including self-referrals or referrals using fabricated identities — will result in immediate Account closure.

All bets and wagers placed on AP88 are final once confirmed. Players must ensure they are satisfied with the terms of any bet before confirming it. AP88 will not reverse a confirmed wager on grounds of human error by the Player.

• Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body or sporting organisation. AP88 sports betting rules, including those governing Asian Handicap, Over/Under, and in-play markets, are available in the Help section of the Platform.
• Casino Games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. RTP figures displayed for each game reflect the theoretical long-term statistical return and are not a guarantee of return on individual sessions.
• Voided Bets: AP88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by corruption, manipulation, technical error, or where odds were published in manifest error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
• Disconnections: In the event of a connection failure during a live game or sports bet, AP88's server records shall be the definitive authority on the state of the game or bet at the time of disconnection. Claims based solely on the Player's local device screen will not be accepted.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the AP88 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances (including pending withdrawals), and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform to launder funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players in card games, table games, or any other form of multi-player game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are deemed void and are not payable.
• Using any automated betting systems, robots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Creating multiple Accounts, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, IP addresses, or device identifiers.
• Providing false identity, age, or address information during registration or KYC verification.
• Making chargebacks on legitimate deposits, or initiating any form of payment dispute in bad faith.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at AP88 staff or other players via any communication channel.

All content on the AP88 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "AP88", logo, website design, graphics, user interface, written content, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of AP88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the AP88 Platform or its content without our express prior written consent.

Third-party game content displayed on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios and is licensed to AP88 for display. No rights in third-party game content are transferred to you by virtue of your use of the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AP88 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of funds arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Any loss arising from interruptions, errors, defects, delays, or failures in the Platform caused by circumstances beyond AP88's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, telecommunications failures, government actions, or force majeure events.
• Any financial losses resulting from your decisions to wager on the Platform. Gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss, and AP88 does not guarantee any return on wagers placed.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit AP88's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

AP88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. As a condition of using the Platform, you acknowledge the following:

• Gambling is intended as entertainment. It should never be used as a means to generate income, solve financial problems, or compensate for losses in other areas of life.
• You are solely responsible for the amount of money and time you spend on the Platform.
• You agree to make use of the responsible gambling tools available in your Account settings, including deposit limits, session time limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion.
• If you wish to self-exclude, please contact AP88 support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and may be set for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanently.

We collect personal data including but not limited to your name, date of birth, identification documents, residential address, email address, telephone number, and financial transaction records. This data is used for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and regulatory reporting.

AP88 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for commercial marketing purposes without your explicit consent. All data transmissions between your device and the AP88 Platform are protected by SSL encryption.

AP88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will carry an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment comes into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request Account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. AP88 accepts no liability for any loss arising from your failure to review amendments in a timely manner.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AP88 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

For Malaysian users specifically, these Terms do not constitute any representation that AP88 is regulated, licensed, or authorised by any Malaysian government authority including Bank Negara Malaysia, the Ministry of Finance, or any other Malaysian regulatory body. Malaysian users access the Platform at their own discretion and assume full responsibility for compliance with applicable Malaysian laws.

If any clause or provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that clause shall be severed from these Terms to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining clauses shall continue in full force and effect.
